Effective Date: June 10, 2026
Oche does not collect, transmit, store remotely, or share any personal information or usage data. There are no analytics, no advertising networks, no crash reporters, no tracking of any kind, and no user accounts.
When you use Oche, the app saves player names and game scores to your device using iOS's standard local storage (UserDefaults). This data:
Oche uses no third-party SDKs, libraries, or services. The app is built exclusively with Apple's standard system frameworks (SwiftUI, Foundation, UIKit). No data is shared with any third party because no data ever leaves the device.
Oche makes no network requests of any kind. The app does not connect to the internet and has no networking code.
Oche is rated 4+ and is appropriate for all ages. Because the app collects no data from anyone, it presents no privacy risk to children. No personal information is collected from any user, including children under the age of 13, in compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA).
Because Oche collects no personal data, there is nothing to access, correct, export, or delete on any server. All locally stored data (player names and scores) is entirely within your control and can be removed by deleting the app.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted with a new effective date. Given that the app collects no data, material changes are unlikely unless a future version introduces new features that change these data practices.
